In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, RED BEAR Negotiation Company commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the PrivacyTrust Independent Recourse Mechanism with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. RED BEAR Negotiation Company is also subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC). In the event your concern still isn’t addressed, under certain conditions, you may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration under Annex I of the DPF Principles.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc. when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example, to add you to one of our mailing lists. We will delete/remove your information promptly upon your request.

If RED BEAR shares personal data with a third-party service provider that processes the data solely on our behalf, then RED BEAR will be liable for that third party’s processing of personal data in violation of the DPF Principles, unless RED BEAR can prove that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU individuals received pursuant to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, RED BEAR is potentially liable.

Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors (who have contractually agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
