In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, RED BEAR Negotiation Company commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the PrivacyTrust Independent Recourse Mechanism with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. RED BEAR Negotiation Company is also subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC). In the event your concern still isn’t addressed, under certain conditions, you may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration under Annex I of the DPF Principles.

Collection of Information
