All RED BEAR engagements are customized to the unique needs of each client at each phase of the training process. This begins with Strategic Alignment meetings and interviews with executive champions and stakeholders to understand pressing requirements your organization is tasked with relative to improved business results; the KPIs associated with these; performance to date; the executive’s vision of how your team should interact with your customers, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders; where they fall short of this vision; what must be accomplished as a result of the negotiation initiative; and more.
We also ask additional questions to these stakeholders such as: Who they negotiate with, what they negotiate over, their authority and flexibility to negotiate, the biggest negotiation challenges they face in today's environment, mistakes made when faced with those challenges, and the impact on the business, and more. We also uncover the culture around planning and how well people plan as well as delete escalation policies and effectiveness.
From this initial Strategic Alignment phase, we create tailored negotiation scenarios that allow participants to practice in their real-world scenarios, so they can increase both their competence and confidence in applying the learning immediately after the workshop using RED BEAR’s negotiation principles and behaviors.
During the customized Experiential Learning of our hands-on negotiation workshops, the instructor revisits the organization’s challenges and wrong turns throughout the training and continues to tie back to the specific functions of their everyday jobs.
Our customized Coaching and Reinforcement Workshop allows managers to leverage a coaching model and a toolkit to drive application and improve performance in your real world negotiations as well. We Measure participant feedback after each session on how relevant the experience was for them and ability to make an impact on their performance. We continue to customize our workshops further based on the findings of these measurements, as well as the findings of our customized ROI reports and the interactions with our customized 100 Minutes to Improved Results program.
RED BEAR’s award-winning negotiation training workshops are delivered in-person at your organization or online. We deliver workshops in any language, to any audience, in any business unit. Our award-winning virtual training is technology-agnostic, which means we can accommodate any organization’s tech stack.
RED BEAR workshops typically last two days. BEAR Essentials workshops are typically half a day.

RED BEAR negotiation workshops are customized for organizational needs. RED BEAR workshops typically range from 12 to 24 participants and larger groups (20 to over 500) with our BEAR Essentials group training, as well. We do not currently offer training for individuals but will work with you on getting a team of 12 together at your organization.
