THE 4-STEP PATH TO CERTIFICATION
Our Train-the-Trainer program is hands-on, structured, and designed to ensure quality from day one.
Your certification is good for a period of one year and can be maintained by delivering the program a minimum of four times per year to at least 80 participants annually.
Step 1: Participate
Participate
Your facilitators begin by experiencing the full RED BEAR negotiation training themselves. They’ll learn directly from our Master Trainers, gaining a deep understanding of how discovery-based delivery transforms mindsets and drives change.
Step 2: Prepare
Prepare
Next, they’ll dive into our leader materials—including the Instructor Guide and Participant Workbook—and begin preparing assigned sections of the course. Preparation typically takes 40–60 hours and is supported by our team every step of the way.
Step 3: Complete
Complete
During the Train-the-Trainer workshop, participants practice delivery, receive feedback from a RED BEAR Master Trainer, and hone their facilitation techniques. The goal: confident, consistent instruction that meets RED BEAR’s global standards.
Step 4: Deliver
Deliver
To get certified, your facilitator leads a RED BEAR training and is evaluated on core instructional criteria. If they don’t meet certification during their first run, we’ll guide them through co-training or follow-up to ensure success.
