BayGroup International now RED BEAR Negotiation
In June 2017 RED BEAR purchased BayGroup International content targeted at improving negotiation performance of those individuals working directly in or supporting the supply chain process. These solutions include: Negotiating With Suppliers™, Situational Negotiation Skills™, and Cross-Cultural Negotiation™. RED BEAR provides, now as it’s own, the BayGroup negotiation content through a global development and delivery team that you may have come to know at BayGroup. RED BEAR Negotiation Company was founded by Chad Mulligan, who spent 13 years as a high-performing executive at BayGroup International. Chad focused much of his work at BayGroup supporting the firm’s work with client supply chain, purchasing, and procurement organizations, and was instrumental in developing the company’s successful methodology in these areas.
“We are now in a position to truly transform our clients into WORLD-CLASS Negotiators. I personally look forward to impacting as many people and organizations as we can through our work. We are grateful for our many client relationships and look forward to expanding our global footprint even further.” Chad Mulligan, President.
