RED BEAR provides, now as it’s own, the BayGroup negotiation content through a global development and delivery team that you may have come to know at BayGroup. RED BEAR Negotiation Company was founded by Chad Mulligan, who spent 13 years as a high-performing executive at BayGroup International. Chad focused much of his work at BayGroup supporting the firm’s work with client supply chain, purchasing, and procurement organizations, and was instrumental in developing the company’s successful methodology in these areas.
